Lighthouse Ministries started with a disaster in our own backyard, HURRICANE KATRINA. Due to the massive devastation we were established to serve GOD throughout the devestated communities of South Louisiana. We now offer Short Term Mission Trips that minister to both the city of New Orleans and rural Southeastern Louisiana. We are conveying the love of Jesus through:
 
·        Re-construction of homes
·        Church and Community construction projects
·        Prayer walks and evangelism outreach
·        Sports outreach and community cookouts
·        Vacation Bible Schools
·        Ministering at Elderly Care Centers
·        Feeding the Homeless in New Orleans
·        Assisting with area Church Planting
 
We are helping people in need…building strong relationships with your mission group…and most importantly, growing your group's love for The Lord while spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ and giving hope to a lost world. We assist you by handling all of the details, freeing you to guide your group to spiritual growth and a stronger relationship with Jesus Christ.
